McLean Company COVID-19 Update
During this time of international crisis, McLean Company is taking extra steps necessary to ensure the health of our employees and the general public. We take this delicate situation seriously, and will follow the guidelines put out by the CDC and other credible government agencies to guarantee our employees are following the advice of experts on the situation, and do not fall victim to misinformation.
Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan
Per the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommendations, we have developed an IDPR (Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan) to ensure the safety of our workers, and do our part to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19. This includes a risk assessment of any work sites, and thorough education for employees concerning where they are at risk of contracting COVID-19.
The IDPR also specifies the necessary steps employees must take if they are feeling flu-like symptoms, and a plan of action so they receive proper and swift medical care.
Other preventative measures
Aside from the IDPR. we understand the safety of employees and the general public falls on each individual. All employees who are on site will be equipped with gloves and masks, and regular handwashing procedures will be scheduled accordingly.
We have educated all of our employees on best practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and we strongly advocate employees to practice social distancing when they are at home and on site.
