We have waterproof coatings and sealers for every kind of stone or concrete surface that will not only prevent water retention and degradation, but are resistant to microbial activity and bacterial growth as well.
They’ll stand up to wind-driven rain, are water vapor permeable and won’t trap moisture beneath the surface, and are freeze and thaw resistant. We’ll also make sure that every nook and cranny around your windows, expansion joints, and other potential problem areas are sealed up tight as well.
For exterior waterproofing with opaque finishes, we prefer elastomeric coatings for their flexibility and durability. This stretchy film covers even the smallest of cracks to shield concrete, stucco, and masonry from harsh weather conditions.
For exterior block or brick surfaces needing a clear finish we typically use a low odor, penetrating siloxane sealer.
